Meet The Team
Venessa Gopaul, Principal Consultant
Venessa is a natural "Can do" leader, with high energy, and a passion for winning. She has more than fifteen years experience in marketing, procurement, project management, and consulting throughout business and entertainment.
Venessa completed her Masters Degree from the University of Southern California. She has two certifications from Harvard in contracts and entrepreneurship, and several certifications in social media marketing and advertising.
Throughout the years she's developed an extensive network. Her clients include national companies such as Precision Concrete Cutting and Universal Music Group. She's procured and managed accounts with Westchester Business Improvement District, East Hollywood Business Improvement District, Glendora Unified, Azusa Unified, The Reel Network, and the University of Southern California. She has a passion for teaching youth financial literacy, promoting entrepreneurship, and ownership in the black and brown community.
Damon Jamal, Filmmaker
Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Damon is a self taught Director with over 10 years of experience in cinematography, directing, and filmmaking. He is extremely passionate, and always pushing the envelope to bring art to life in creative visual dimensions.
Recognized by the San Francisco 7 Day Film Festival as Best Director, this young dynamic filmmaker has extensive experience directing and producing 300+ films, commercials, short films, and music videos. He's worked with legends like Ava Duverney, E-40, Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, French Montana, Elise Neal, Omar Gooding, and Demetrius Grosse.
Rachelle Henderson,
Creative Director
Rachelle is a natural born creative soul. She naturally thinks outside the box, and is consistently bringing fresh concepts and ideas that set our clients apart. Her expertise goes far beyond normal imagination.
Rachelle has a degree from FIDM in visual design and merchandising. After graduation she launched a successful jewelry company. She has since worked with national companies like Equinox to help improve sales through visual marketing strategies, and successfully help market hundreds of small brands.
